High pressure die casting
High-Pressure die casting involves in securing molten metal in the die cavity under high pressure until the molten metal solidifies.The solidified metal is then ejected from the cavity.

Gravity die casting
In Gravity die casting the molten metal is poured into the mold and the mold is filled with the molten metal with the help of gravitational force. After solidification the component is removed from the mold.

Secondary processes
Fettling - cutting, trimming and sanding the excess materials and rough edges from the cast materials.
Shot blasting - the process of using centrifugal force to blast some media like steel onto the surface of the components to remove dirt and other materials.
Vibro is the process of placing the components into the tub of the vibratory machine containing specially shaped media. when the vibratory machine starts vibrating, the components and the media collide and rub against each other resulting in deburring, cleaning and brightening.

Machine shop
Machining is done with the help of computer numerical control which controls the movements of tools and inserts the are used to cut and shape the components to a fully finished product.

Post-processing
Heat treatment - used to strenghthen and enhance the mechanical and physical properties of the product.
Anodizing - an electrochemical process that give an extra protective layer to the aluminium components.
Powder coating - Aluminium products are finished with powder coating that creates a hard finish to stand against wear and tear
